2 hospitalized, 1 ejected in Fountain Valley crash

FOUNTAIN VALLEY – Two people were taken to a hospital this afternoon after a crash involving at least one vehicle, a fire dispatcher said.

At 12:20 p.m., rescuers were called to the intersection of Magnolia Street and La Stella Avenue, where one person was reportedly ejected from a blue Chevrolet Trailblazer.

Authorities treated the incident as a heavy rescue, indicating traumatic injuries, although the extent of the injuries was not immediately reported.

The two people were taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange.

Police officials were not immediately available to comment.
