2 injured in Lake Forest crash
Two people were injured in a three-car accident in a Lake Forest intersection Thursday, authorities said.
Firefighters and sheriff’s deputies responded to a crash in the Lake Forest Drive and Rockfield Boulevard intersection just after 5 p.m., Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Greg McKeown said.
Two people were injured in the crash, one of whom had to be cut out of a vehicle, McKeown said.
They were taken to the hospital in serious condition, McKeown said. Sheriff’s officials say two others were later taken with complaints of pain.
The crash appears to have involved a gray Mazda, a gray and black Jeep and a white sedan, sheriff’s officials said.
The cause of the crash wasn’t immediately known.
