Coach arrested for molestation at Disneyland

A former youth baseball coach in Santa Barbara County was arrested Tuesday at his home for allegedly molesting one of his players nearly 20 years ago while on an overnight trip to Disneyland.

Andrew Greenaway was arrested for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old boy at the Disneyland Hotel in 1991.

According to sheriff’s officials, Greenaway had also invited the boy’s teammates on the overnight Disneyland trip. On the day of the trip, Greenaway told the boy’s parents that everyone else had cancelled, but he was still willing to take him on the trip.

Officials say that’s when the molestation occurred.

Detectives are looking for any other potential victims.
Greenaway is being held on $1 million bail.
