Driver crawls out of overturned Honda
ANAHEIM The driver of a Honda Accord escaped injuries when he lost control of his car and overturned twice while traveling south Wednesday on the I-5 freeway just south of West Broadway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at 6:13 a.m.
CHP officer Jones said the driver was cut off by another vehicle and swerved to avoid a collision. The driver was traveling at about 40 mph, swerved to the right, and hit the embankment, Jones said.
The Honda overturned twice and landed on its roof, Jones said.
The driver crawled out of the car and declined emergency treatment.
CHP officer Denise Quesada said no other vehicles were involved.
