Man hits 5 vehicles in front of sports bar

A 53-year-old man driving a van crashed into several vehicles parked in front of Danny K’s Billiards & Sports Bar, police said.
The crash was reported at 11:25 p.m. Thursday in front of the sports bar in the 1000 block of North Main Street, near Struck Avenue, Orange police Sgt. Dan Adams said.
The driver, Young Joong Kim of Placentia, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, Adams said. He was booked at the Orange City Jail and released.
Kim was driving a 1998 gray Chevy Astro van south on Main Street when he apparently lost control and veered into a parked car, Adams said. Kim then collided head-on with a second parked vehicle and the impact forced the second vehicle into a third parked car and then a fourth, he said.
The owner of the second vehicle was in the bar’s parking lot and witnessed the accident.
No injuries were reported.
