Motorcyclist critical after freeway crash

A motorcyclist is in grave condition after crashing with another vehicle on the westbound 91 freeway near Brookhurst Road Tuesday night, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Fred Siller, 39, was taken to UCI Medical Center and reports to CHP indicated he had suffered major injuries, said CHP officer Denise Quesada.

The crash was reported at 9:50 p.m. Lanes were immediately blocked and a SigAlert was in effect for about an hour.

As of last night, Siller, an Orange resident, was in critical condition, Quesada said.
