Sigalert on northbound 5 freeway cleared

“CHP issued 30-minute SigAlert after three vehicles crash on the northbound 5 connector to the 405 freeway.”

A three-vehicle crash blocked the two left lanes on the northbound 5 freeway connector to the 405 for nearly an hour, authorities said.
No injuries have been reported, but an ambulance was called to the scene, said California Highway Patrol officer Denise Quesada.

The crash was reported at 8:52 a.m., she said. Lanes were cleared at 9:46 a.m.

A white BMW, silver Lexus and a white minivan were reported to be involled in the crash, Quesada said. Details on how the crash occurred were not immediately available.

When officers arrived, the Lexus was facing south on the northbound lanes of the freeway.
