Three-vehicle crash backs up Orange Crush
The Orange Crush was clogged up this morning after a three-vehicle crash at the eastbound 22 just east of the northbound I-5, the California Highway Patrol said.
At 7:45 a.m., the CHP received reports that a van, an SUV and a third vehicle were involved in a collision.
The vehicles, including a silver Mercedes Benz E500, a red Jeep Cherokee, and a brown Dodge Ram van, blocked the No. 2 lane.
The Mercedes had apparent minimal damage, Cherokee had visible front-end damage and the van appeared to be hit from the rear.
No one appeared to be hurt at the scene.
Tow trucks were called to the scene to remove the disabled vehicles.
Eastbound traffic is traveling at about 10 to 25 mph up to Brookhurst Street.
