Woman killed when broadsided by Kia
A 36-year-old Rialto woman died last night after her car was broadsided by another motorist at a Fontana intersection, according to San Bernardino County coroner’s officials.
Yesenia Lopez died at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton following the 5:50 p.m. wreck Monday at Foothill Boulevard and Laurel Avenue. She was traveling south in a 2002 Honda when she was hit by a 2009 Kia, deputy coroners said in a written statement.
Fontana traffic officers are investigating.
