Owner of Costa Mesa condo priced at $1.39 million tosses in a ‘deal sweetener’ – a Tesla Model 3
A Costa Mesa condo built in 2016 has landed on the market at $1.39 million, and it comes with a lure – a white Tesla Model 3.
Homeowner Jack Siart said he bought the car in May for $51,000, and that it’s burned less than 5,000 miles.
The car is a deal sweetener for the “top dollar” condo, said David MacLeod of Coldwell Banker Beachside Realtors, representing the property with Siart, who’s also a broker at Strictly New Homes. The home is located in a community between Fairview Park and Talbert Regional Park on the city’s southwest side.
The 2,362-square foot condo has three stories plus a roof deck. There are three bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, and four bathrooms.
A second-floor great room sports a 10-foot ceiling with chandeliers and opens to a balcony.
In the designer kitchen are an Italian Bertazzoni range and microwave, Bosch dishwasher and a reverse osmosis water purifier. Lighted cabinets with glass fronts mix with a subway-style backsplash.
The master bathroom includes a soaking tub for two and a large walk-in shower with seating.
Hardwood floors, ceiling fans and plantation shutters are found throughout the home . The teak rooftop deck has a turf area and offers views spanning from the Pacific Ocean to the mountains.
As for the car, it has a premium, black interior, rear-wheel drive and a 310-mile range, says Siart, who’s already eyeing another Tesla, “the new, all-wheel drive, performance model.”
An open house will be held at 2104 Two Harbors Circle on Sunday, Sept. 23 from noon to 4 p.m.
