by in News

Families can celebrate the harvest season at Pumpkin City, which returns to south Orange County Friday at two locations — Laguna Hills Mall and Rancho Santa Margarita Town Center.

Now in its 40th year, Pumpkin City provides wholesome family fun, with activities that include the petting zoo, general store, Lucky Luke’s Gem Stones, Players & Puppets Little Theater, pony rides (Laguna Hills location only) and panning for gold at Rocky Mountain Mining Company.

Meander through the pumpkin patch and choose from thousands of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes. Enjoy old-fashioned amusement at Pumpkin City’s Game Booth Alley (Laguna Hills location only), followed by your choice of hot dogs, churros, ice-cream, popcorn, cookies and more at the Pumpkin City Diner.

Pumpkin City is open daily through Oct. 31. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. – 8:30 p.m., and Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.  Admission is free; activities vary in price.
