Earthquake: 3.7 quake strikes off coast of Capetown, Calif.

A shallow magnitude 3.7 earthquake was reported Tuesday morning 139 miles off the coast of Capetown, Calif., according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 10:53 a.m. Pacific Time at a depth of 6.2 miles.
