22-year-old motorcyclist killed in collision with car in Anaheim
A 22-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a sedan in Anaheim on Sunday morning, police said.
Police at 10:28 a.m. responded to a call of a crash at Western and Orange avenues. Attempts to revive the man failed, and he was pronounced dead at the scene, said Anaheim Officer Ron Light. The rider was identified as Anaheim resident Adrian Zazueta, Orange County Coroner’s Deputy Artin Baron said.
No details about what caused the collision were immediately available. Light said the intersection has a traffic light. The streets surrounding the crash were closed for more than four hours while police investigated. The intersection was reopened shortly after 3 p.m.

Neither drugs nor alcohol were suspected of being factors in the crash, according to Anaheim Police Sgt. Daren Wyatt. The 18-year-old driver of the car remained at the scene and was not cited, Light said.
