Man stabbed in face during fight in Fullerton
FULLERTON — A man got into an argument on Sunday with a woman he did not know and she stabbed him in the face, authorities said.
It happened about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, June 2 in an alley in the 1800 block of West Commonwealth Avenue, Fullerton police Lt. Mike Hines said.
The woman produced a sharp object and stabbed the man, causing extensive but not life-threatening injuries, Hines said.
The man was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police arrested the woman on suspicion of aggravated assault, he said. Her name was not available.
A news videographer at the scene said the man pulled over to make a phone call before the altercation occurred.
