Man found dead in Westminster, homicide investigation underway

A man estimated to be in his 40s was found dead in Westminster Thursday night, and police were investigating his death as a possible homicide.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Locust Street and Westminster Boulevard at about 10:05 p.m. Thursday and found the man’s body. He had suffered facial injuries, said Westminster Sgt. Phuong Pham.

The victim appeared to be homeless, Pham said.
