Man found stabbed in Orange, later dies at hospital

A man found with a stab wound by police near a business complex in Orange Thursday night, Sept. 26, later died from his wounds.

Orange officers responded to the 1000 block of North Batavia Street, just a block from police headquarters, when a man asked for medical assistance at about 10:30 p.m., Lt. Jennifer Amat said.

Orange Fire Department paramedics took him to a hospital, where he later died, Amat said.

A motive for the attack was not yet known.
