Yorba Linda 7-Eleven held up by suspects armed with machete
A 7-Eleven store in Yorba Linda was held up early Wednesday by three suspects, one with a machete, who fled on foot.
Deputies were called to the store shortly before 1:50 a.m. after the suspects had made off with a few hundred dollars in cash, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies went to the store, at Imperial Highway and Valley View Avenue, and searched the area but did not find any of the culprits. One was wearing a black shirt covering his face, a hoodie and a black backpack, police said. There were no descriptions of the other two.
No one inside the store was injured.
