Trader Joe’s in Orange closes Saturday after employee tests positive for coronavirus
A Trader Joe’s market in Orange was closed Saturday, April 18, for additional cleaning and sanitizing after the company learned an employee tested positive for COVID-19, officials announced.
The employee who tested positive was last inside the store, at 2114 North Tustin Street, on Friday, according to a statement made on the company’s website.
The company plans to reopen the store Sunday, officials said.
“There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our Crew Members and customers,” the company said in a statement to customers.
The company said it would pay crew members for scheduled shifts.
