Anaheim man identified as fatal gunshot victim

Police identified a 33-year-old man Sunday who was found shot dead in Anaheim on Saturday, June 20.

The shooting victim was identified as Gabriel Shaun Garcia of Anaheim, said Sgt. Shane Carringer of the Anaheim Police Department.

Officers responded at 2:15 a.m. Saturday to 926 South Magnolia Ave. after receiving information about a shooting, Carringer said.

No further details were available as of Sunday evening.
