Veterans’ demand for more housing in West Los Angeles to go forward in federal court

A federal judge has denied a motion by the Department of Veterans Affairs seeking to dismiss a lawsuit brought by veterans who are demanding more housing and to invalidate leases of the West Los Angeles VA campus to UCLA and a private school.
