Power restored to most in Fullerton after overnight outage
FULLERTON — Southern California Edison crews worked Tuesday morning to restore power to 87 customers in Fullerton still offline following a power outage along Harbor Boulevard that affected 13,902 SCE customers at its peak.
The outage was reported at 8:40 p.m. Monday and was caused by a problem at a substation near the intersection of South Harbor Boulevard and Walnut Avenue, according to SCE spokesman Paul Netter. Crews worked to restore power as quickly as possible and had rerouted power to some customers, he said.
It was unclear when the remaining customers would have their power restored.
