Woman found stabbed to death in Garden Grove home

Police were investigating the death of a woman they found stabbed in a bedroom of a Garden Grove home Tuesday night, August 6.

Someone reported the call to authorities shortly before 9:45 p.m. at a home in the 14000 block of Flower Street, according to Garden Grove Sgt. Luis Payan.

Officers found the victim dead with multiple stab wounds and deemed the death a homicide.

Investigators did not know who the victim is or how she is connected to the home, Payan said. She was described by police only as an Asian woman.

No information on a suspect or motives was immediately known either.
