Woman hit by vehicle in Whittier and airlifted to hospital
A woman was sent to the hospital on Monday afternoon after she was hit by a vehicle in Whittier.
Whittier Police Department Lt. Mike Przybyl said officers responded to the 11000 Larrylyn Drive at around 4:20 p.m. in response to a crash involving a pedestrian.

The woman who was hit was transported by air to Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center, Przybyl said. Information on her condition was not immediately available.
No arrests were made nor were any citations given.
