2 killed in 3-vehicle Westminster crash

Two people died following a three-vehicle collision in Westminster Thursday, Nov. 21.

Officers responded a crash involving a dark colored sedan, white SUV and light-blue coupe along Beach Boulevard near Roosevelt Avenue at about 4:03 p.m., Westminster police Commander Alan Iwashita said. The female driver of the sedan died at the scene. Her passenger was taken to a hospital, but later succumbed to injuries.

The drivers of the other vehicles also were taken to nearby hospitals, Iwashita said. They were listed in stable condition. No other people were involved in the crash.

Further details regarding the identities of the two people who died were not immediately released.
