Rapper charged with sexually assaulting women who sought him out as tattoo artist in Koreatown

Charles Wayne Wilkerson IV, a tattoo artist who goes by the rap name ‘Franko Khalifa,’ was charged with sexually assaulting two female clients, authorities said.
