50-acre fire is burning near San Bernardino but isn’t currently threatening homes

A 50-acre fire that started Friday afternoon in San Bernardino is moving uphill away from homes.

More than 150 firefighters and support personnel, along with two helicopters and three air tankers, are working to put out the blaze burning through Badger Canyon near Cal State San Bernardino.
